  to many relaatives working together most of time bells costantly ringing lieing managers and some staff.
  to clickie make sure you out to fail dont like you reporting things.
  management break confidentiality by discussing with members of my family which i found discusting looked after there friends messed about with medication shadowing a disgrace over all not a good place to work in less your family some people ringing bells waiting for at least 30 minutes i found the place very clean, managers and family members lie and cover up for each other.
  i worked there for 5 weeks what a complete waiste of my time found all the staff rude wanting to work when it suited them all family on same unit one stm never goes on any other unit dont practice health safety, mental capasity act at times some residents just get ignored only nice if family around. equal opertunities well the dont know what that is they keep same friends and stm on same unit dont allow you to stay on one unit i found large amounts of medication down chairs smoking in rooms plus two drinking alchol with no risk assesments in place.
  if i would of stayed there they would of carried on lieing.
  dont agree with manager discussing me with staff that work there plus my husband who went to collect my wage slip where the manager was breaking full confidentiality oh dear what a place.

  This care home is a joke. It ain't no care home the staff don't give a stuff. My dad was in there two weeks and found him on toilet stuck wit no toilet roll and den found him on the floor without no oxygen how long was he on the floor for ?????? Coz now he's dead. And went to get his belongings today and not one member of staff said "am sorry for your loss". We are enquiring bout this because something is rite. Do not put ur loved ones in pls don't they deserve better care. Disgusting place. Don't deserve ne stars at all !!!!!
